  • Social Media Profile Information: If you choose to sign in or connect to the Services using a third-party social media Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, we may collect information from your profile as permitted by that provider and your privacy settings with that provider.
  • Payment Information: Where we sell products and services through the Services, we use third-party applications, such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and/or services such as Stripe to process your payments. Their privacy policies will apply to the payment information you provide. We do not receive or store your payment information, but it may receive and store information associated with your payment information (e.g., the fact that you have paid, the last four digits or your credit card information, and your country of origin).
  • Usage Data: We collect and analyze data and other information relating to the access, use, and performance of the Services (“Usage Data”) to understand how you interact with the Services. Usage Data may include personal information such as information about your interactions with other users. The types of tracking and analytics tools we use include:
  • Customer Service Information (including Training and Quality Assurance): If you call or otherwise interact with our sales, customer service or support personnel, we collect the information you provide to our representatives. In addition, we may record telephone calls or video conferences between you and our representatives for training or quality assurance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Account Management: To create and manage your Services account.
  • Communication: To send you emails related to your account, updates about the Services, and promotional materials (where permitted by applicable law). You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails as described in Section 8.

  • Advertising Partners: We share information with advertising partners to display targeted advertisements to you and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
  • The Public: Content can be made publicly available by you or others collaborating on it, and in such cases any information about you included in such content is also publicly available and can be indexed by search engines. You can check at any time whether particular content is public or private by viewing the content's settings.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or the rights of others, or investigate fraud.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

5. Advertising

We display advertisements within the Services. We may use remarketing services to show you advertisements for our Services on other websites and services you visit.

6. International Data Transfer

Your personal information is primarily transferred to, processed, and stored in Singapore, where our headquarters is located. However, your information may also be transferred to, processed, and stored in other countries in connection with our service providers and partners. These countries may have different data protection laws than those in your location.

For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the UK to Singapore and other countries that have not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): We use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) adopted on June 4, 2021, including:
    • Swiss-specific amendments for transfers from Switzerland
    • The UK Addendum for transfers from the UK
  • Additional technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal information

Your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement according to the laws of Singapore and other countries where the data is processed or stored. We evaluate such requests carefully and only provide information when we are legally required to do so.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information during international transfers, including:

  • Access controls and monitoring
  • Regular security assessments
  • Contractual safeguards with our service providers and partners

Supplemental Notice for California Residents:

This Supplemental Notice for California Residents supplements our Privacy Policy and only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended from time to time) (“CCPA”). The CCPA provides California residents with the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the categories of personal information we have sold and to whom in the preceding 12 months. In addition, California residents have the additional rights below:

  • The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information: While we do not directly sell your personal information for monetary consideration. California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information and the “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising.”
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA.

We will verify your request using the information associated with your account and will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements or to resolve disputes.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other age as required by local law; in many jurisdictions, including California and the EU, the Services may not be used by anyone under 16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
